Regional Authority Permitting

At Terra Nexus, we pride ourselves with the experience we have with all regional environmental authorities. We have worked with Dubai Municipality Environmental Department (DM-ED), Trakhees EHS Department, the Environment Agency Abu Dhabi (EAD), KSA’s National Center for Environmental Compliance (NCEC) and Oman’s Ministry of Environment and Climate Affairs (MECA).

Terra Nexus is also proudly registered with Dubai Municipality as an Environmental Consultant capable of conducting EIA studies and acquiring environmental permits to build for all infrastructure and development projects.
We are also registered as a Class A Environmental Consultant with the Environment Agency in Abu Dhabi, capable of conducting all kinds of environmental studies in the Emirate.

In addition, our team has a wide network of locally registered environmental consultants in KSA with whom we can work to deliver all kinds of permitting projects. Our team is based in Dubai and is deeply rooted in the region, having had decades of cumulative experience. We are, therefore, very familiar with local environmental regulations and guidelines. We have also worked with many PIF entities and are familiar with their requirements and environmental guidelines, such as NEOM, Red Sea Global, Dirriyah Gate Development Authority, Misk City, Qiddiyah, and Royal Commission of Al Ula.
