Our Services

NEOM is a new urban development planned in the northwestern region of Saudi Arabia with a total area of 26,500 Km2. Our role involved providing NEOM's environmental team with technical support for developing & implementing an environmental assurance program. A dedicated team of specialists was formed such as environmental construction managers, ecologists, rewilding specialists, technology specialists and EIA project managers.

Misk City is located to the west of Riyadh in KSA and will be a regional and global centre for innovation, education and the creative industries. The scope included NCEC permitting, the development of a Construction Environmental Management Plan (CEMP) and full time supervision throughout the construction stages of the project.

The project consists of the construction of a pumped storage hydropower plant located near the community of Hatta in the Hajar Mountains, 140km southeast of the city of Dubai. The HPP is a major component of the overall Dubai Clean Energy Strategy 2050. The environmental scope consisted of updating the EIA previously conducted by others, conduct updated baseline surveys, prepare the project CEMP and update it regularly, supervise the environmental monitoring framework, supervise environmental management and implementation on site, and conduct quarterly CEMP audits.
